Woman Seeks Pelvic Mesh Attorney to Sue for Damages

I just read a report about a woman who has been suffering from some really serious health problems because of a routine surgery. The surgery was to repair pelvic organ prolapse, which is a condition that happens to a lot of women after giving birth. Basically, the muscles around the vagina become weak and can’t hold the organs in place anymore. Then the pelvic organs can sag into the vagina, and even stick out of it, making urination and sex painful if not impossible. So, this woman had that condition and the surgeons said, No problem, we’ll just go in there and insert this mesh and, Voila! You’ll be as good as new. What the surgeon didn’t mention, and what this woman has had to learn the hard way, is that vaginal mesh is actually really dangerous. Now she suffers from major pain and regular bleeding, and still can’t pee or have sex normally. She’s had ten different surgeries to remove pieces of the mesh, but she’s still having problems. I hope she has a really good pelvic mesh attorney and that she wins big.
